AKK’s innovative KwickChange system eliminates bolt-on hassle and downtime by enabling you to swap out wear-resistant linings in just minutes. No more cutting, drilling, countersinking, and then bolting everything back together.

It’s a snap
First, bond a sheet of patented, quick-release gripper to any hard surface. Then snap a long-lasting KwikPad wear layer to the gripper. From now on, old wear layers snap off, and new layers snap on.

Tough polymer construction
KwickPad materials stand up to water, oil, and most corrosives. We supply gauges and sheet sizes to fit any application.
• Polyurethane from ¼” to 1” (max. sheet size 48” by 96”)
• UHMW polyethylene in thicknesses from 1/8” to 1” (nominal sheet size 48” by 120”)
• Thicker material and larger sheets available on inquiry
